Does it work with usb hdmi video capture?

i have set FSSensorOrientation for my usb hdmi capture but it doesn't have effect

I expect it will be highly device-, driver- and app-dependent. You don't say what USB HDMI capture device you have, but I happened to have a Magewell USB3 Capture HDMI lying about and can confirm setting FSSensorOrientation to 180 on Windows 11 23H2 results in the camera app refusing to open the HDMI feed (Error: 0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0x887A0004)). No issues opening the HDMI feed with the key absent or set to 0.
