It migrates all the remaining data classes in the organisationunit package.
Additionally, it refactor the class
OrganisationUnitTreeand the related test to Kotlin, so there is no more Java classes in the package. It simplifies the logic to evaluate the roots, although it seems more optimizations could be done (created ticket to look into this https://dhis2.atlassian.net/browse/ANDROSDK-2324)
