…12] (backport to 2.40) Backport of #23073 (master). Removes fake security translations where target value byte-equals English source. Real translations preserved. The newer keys that do not exist on 2.40 (email_verify_*, email_2fa_*, F_PREVIOUS_IMPERSONATOR_AUTHORITY, password_lowercase_validation) are skipped automatically. Backport of #23073 (master) to 2.40. Removes fake security translations where target value byte-equals English source. Real translations preserved. The 2.43+ keys (email_verify_, email_2fa_) and a few newer ones do not exist on 2.40 and are skipped.
