When dts field in tsup is declared, an internal tsconfig is used which has baseUrl declared which causes build errors.

We can circumvent this error by using our own tsconfig for tsup via tsconfig prop, but dts.footer is incompatible with this breaking our need to inject framework specific types.

tsup is no longer maintained so will need to find a replacement for this.
