Automatically obtain `nonce` ahead of time if `proof_types_supported` indicates it is required

When requesting credential(s), if proof_types_supported for the credential type indicates a nonce is required and no nonce is has been passed by the caller, automatically fetch a nonce prior to making the credential request (and ensure did and didProofSigner are set).
