Describe the bug
"There was an error while installing the application. Check the setup log for more information and contact the author."

To Reproduce

1. Go to MaxTo website.
2. Download the software.
3. Attempt to run the software.
4. Error pop up occurs, asking me to check the setup log and to contact the author.

Expect behaviour
App to open and run smoothly...
