Standardised icons

There are two widths of icons in the svg-sheet and not all of them were generated with the tool

Tasks

• Unify all the icons together
• Better document the SVG tool in the repo (in the docs?)

It would be good to have a base set of icons with well-known names that each project can use as a starting point e.g. left/right/home/cancel/submit/save/…

At least having a common naming convention project between projects would be useful.

My initial though would be to be semantic/verb based rather than descriptive, so "forward" rather then "right" and "dismiss" rather than "cross" or "times"
