Installation is simple. Copy the time_decode.py file either to the directory of your choice where you'd prefer to use it from, or you can copy it to either the /usr/local/bin or /usr/bin directory in your flavour of Linux. The tool also works in Python on Windows.
When running the tool for the first time, a log file (time_decoder.log) will be created in the users HOME directory as indicated by the users env HOME.
