Homepage not loading directly after switching accounts

When changing accounts from the profile dropdown, the homepage doesn't load, requiring a refresh.
Console shows "Something's wrong with the challenge solver, reloading" repeatedly.

Occurs on Waterfox. Does not occur on Kiwi Browser.
