change x chat iframe URL

Fixes issue #1204, tested on MS Edge and Firefox Developer Edition.

Can confirm this works (Firefox myself), but you're still barred off XChat when you're on newtwitter mode though.

Seeing how this was resolved with just a simple url change, you could make it so when you click on Chat tab, as long OT extension is on, you're just redirected to https://chat.x.com on a new tab.

@supersayan You still have issues with it? X has just re-implemented the Requests category appropriately into Chat, so it should work now.

The fix no longer works for me and also I messed up the branch so I'm closing this

Opening chat.x.com individually works but the iframe no longer works, stuck in the loading screen. I imagine you just have to open the chat in a new tab now.
