Permission Drafting and Reviewing

It'd be awesome if, when constructing an edit to the group's roles/permissions, there were a way you could click a button and see the previous set of rules, and maybe a diff (though I think that's not as important as being able to just see the old rules and compare). This is something I always find myself having to do when editing something, and it never has interface support (except for Trello's awful "unsaved edits" functionality).

Actually, this could be expanded to there being a "draft" that owners could expose to each other (and, I think, to the group) before applying. (As nice as being able to consider multiple drafts would be, I think that's too niche and out-of-scope - if you need to consider multiple proposals concurrently, just make a Gist with the group's permission YAML and let other owners fork it.)
