Discription: This will be an online chatbot based faq service for the University which will talk to the user and respond to the queries of the users. The bot will use machine learning to get smarter overtime. It has an inbuilt spam detecting mechanism so any use of I'll language can be dealt with and any malicious code can be simply omitted. By the end of this semester the chatbot will be able to answer queries using a generative model trough NLP.
Audience: People seeking information about the university regarding various issues like admission related queries, courses offered, fee structure etc.
Scope: For this semester our chatbot only answers queries given in textual format, image based queries are strictly out of scope. Queries only in English Language are accepted and understood by the chatbot.
