@iamamutt I was about to change it for you, but found the third party action needs to be updated at first. here

There is no exact date when set-output will be totally disabled, but either make an issue in that action repo, or we have to fork it and change it to make it work.

I issued a PR to remove those workflows for now until I can revisit the new gh actions stuff.
