Add missing strings for translations in the header, menu, subfooter and footer

The header, menu, subfooter and footer strings of the Django website don't exist in the translation files at Transifex. These strings should be added into a translation file in order for the site to appear translated in other languages.

My suggestion (as a non-programmer):
Add the missing strings into the project djangoproject.com, resource main.

Hi @milotype , I’ve opened a PR to address this:
#2502

It adds the missing translation markers for the header, menu, subfooter, footer, and search, and updates the English catalog so the strings are available in Transifex.

@mahicodes28 @brenymoirangthem Thank's for your interest, but I don't know how you can work on this issue - is it about programming or translating. BTW, I'm just a translator, not a programmer.

@kehach07 opened a new PR #2502 to add all missing strings which I listed - which should solve the "programming" part, as well as adding the strings to the Transifex platform, so the strings can be translated. But PR #2502 still has 3 workflows awaiting approval.

@milotype Thanks for the clarification. I'm interested in helping with translations. I'll wait until PR #2502 is approved and the strings appear on Transifex so I can contribute there.
