Add missing strings for translations in the header, menu, subfooter and footer #2500

The header, menu, subfooter and footer strings of the Django website don't exist in the translation files at Transifex. These strings should be added into a translation file in order for the site to appear translated in other languages.

My suggestion (as a non-programmer):
Add the missing strings into the project djangoproject.com, resource main.
