This pull request updates shell configuration and Neovim plugin initialization to improve compatibility with the
misetool and optimize plugin loading. The main changes ensure thatrbenvandasdfare only initialized whenmiseis not present, and adjust the loading event for the Copilot plugin in Neovim.
