This pull request introduces a new tmux speedtest plugin integration and minor shell configuration improvements. The main focus is on adding and configuring the
tmux-speedtestplugin, including its display and keybindings, as well as updating the status bar to show speedtest results. Additionally, a new path for LM Studio is added to the fish shell configuration.
