1. Fix legacy BUG: SPDIGGER - This restricts convert tasks to the area connected to heart, instead of connected to diggers. 2. Fix issue where diggers detour to reinforce walls. For example, if you place a digger on the south side of a Earth, next time it will run all the way to the north side of the Earth to its right to reinforce it.
