Allow ternary expressions spread over three lines

I like ternary expressions that are split across three lines.

```d
return (statusCode > 0)
	? Result.ok
	: Result.error;
```

Unfortunately, dfmt currently reformats such into a two-liner like this:

```d
return (statusCode > 0)
	? Result.ok : Result.error;
```
