What is the new behavior

• Allow the use of nav layer styles for ukis-layer-contro without clr-vertical-nav through the class .ukis-aside e.g.

    <ukis-layer-control ...></ukis-layer-control>
</aside>

• Add missing docs for renamed DynamicComponent from <ukis-dynamic-component> to <ngx-ukis-dynamic-component> now exported from @dlr-eoc/ngx-ukis-utilities.
