Hi @dmcable,

Thanks for the very nice package. I created a version of RCTD (without CSIDE) here:

It is almost 100% equivalent to the R implementation in terms of output according to my testings, and supports GPU processing for subtantial speedups. Please let me know if you are fine with this :)
