Update Old Module icons.

Description

The old module icons look very old and have irritated me for years. They should be changed to something modern, that looks more professional.

Description of solution

Get SVG icons from Material Icons into the ./images folder.
Update ModuleInstanceContext.cs, chnage .gif to .svg. Keep icons names the same.

Description of alternatives considered

All old icons/images should not be removed for legacy.

SVG icons should be 24px. The smaller version looks odd compared the to other elements s in the admin page.

Still... a good idea!

Still got it on my list. I did 1 push requested, but it was a little too much. So I'll do another. But I managed to delete my DNN dev system, so I need to rebuild that before I try again and time keeps moving too fast.
