Add option to allow for target ship trajectories, rather than straight-line movements

Currently, all vessels travel from A to B in a straight-line movement. The maritime schema supports waypoint trajectories though.

Idea for future improvement; allow for target ship (and/or ownship) trajectories, rather than only straight-line movements.
