makeCmdlineToCmdlineWithFtp(cmd: model.AceStr, file: str = '%lOcAlApPdATA%\\Temp\\conf.log') ‑> model.AceStr : Returns a cmdline which creates a file with a cmdline, which will be executed with 'ftps -s'
