Updated worker/Dockerfile for optimized Kubernetes deployment

COPY command for *.csproj . couldn't find the project/solution file so I"ve had to use only one COPY command to to get everything COPY . . and it stopped throwing all the errors. not sure if its the best (optimised) approach though.
