Update root module sequence to the new converged path and mark advanced MCP parts as optional/bonus. Also update Part 1 Next Steps to point to Part 2 Build Chat App.
Use learner-facing wording in the root module list instead of internal storytelling terminology.
Use learner-facing term 'AI Web Chat Template' in Part 4 title.
