Make minor improvements to the WASM rename extension section

Description

• Split the .NET CLI commands.
• Make the guidance on publish location in the Host and Deploy > WASM overview a section, and cross-link that from the rename extension section.
• Simplify the path guidance for the commands.
• Improve the guidance on compression.
