Not returning `void` in asynchronous event handlers

Description

Place a copy of the remarks on not returning void in asynchronous event handlers in the Event Handlers article, similar to the existing remark in the Asynchronous methods (async) don't support returning void section of the components overview article. Also, take a look at phrasing for both sections in relation to Javier's remarks at dotnet/aspnetcore#59007 (comment).
