Fixed with MicrosoftDocs/iis-docs#1137
Note: This auto security PR, attempted to change legitimate COM UUID's customers need and break links to some old URL's using GUID's. I verified all COM UUID's that needed to stay in place and replaced all the broken URL's generated in the PR, with better URL's where possiblem or removed if the the old topic no longer existed. This was for all old content that still needs to be mantained.
