"Determines which elements in a vector are even integral values."

This may be a type, should say "integer" not integral.

integral is a correct term here. It means (and is in the dictionary, OED, Merriam Webster, etc as) "of or denoted by an integer; involving only integers, especially as coefficients of a function".
