Pull request overview

Updates the Azure Pipelines configuration for the release/8.0 branch to run Windows CI jobs on the 1ES Windows Server 2022 images instead of 2019, aligning the build/Helix execution environment with the newer hosted image baseline.

Changes:

  • Switch public pool Windows image demand from 1es-windows-2019-open to 1es-windows-2022-open.
  • Switch internal pool Windows image demand from 1es-windows-2019 to 1es-windows-2022 (for both Build and Helix jobs).

💡 Add Copilot custom instructions for smarter, more guided reviews. Learn how to get started.
