What do new VB versions contain?

Hi,

I can see LanguageVersion enum has VisualBasic16, VisualBasic16_9 and recently added VisualBasic17_13. However, https://github.com/dotnet/vblang/blob/d6815b19f1624948bab227a573af5acc97025da0/Language-Version-History.md ends with 15.5.
So, what do these 3 new versions bring for users?

I know one added allowing comment after line continuation. It helps translate C# code that allows comments anywhere on the line with /* */.

Dim z as _ ' a comment
    integer

Public Sub X(x as long', _ x is the position for some cool thing
                     theCoolThing as object)

Another added some needed support for consuming C# records.
