docs: list all 17 awesome-list submissions under review in README

Adds a Featured in subsection listing every awesome list we've
submitted to but haven't been merged into yet. Linked to the list
itself (not the PR) so the entries stay valid even if a PR closes.

Sorted by star count descending — gives readers a sense of the
projects' reach and serves as soft social proof during review.

Confirmed listings (pegaltier) kept above the Under review section
so the distinction is clear.
