With the removal of bootstrap and migration of the audio recorder, some of the styling has been lost. It seems like the waveform visualiser doesn't work either.
The audio recording functionality itself still works and can be submitted into the task comments and replayed.
This would only be a UI refactor, potentially a UX refactor
The UX is a bit misleading when you click the microphone button, as you're still required to cick the "record" button to actually start. I think a tooltip or a hint for this would be good. Maybe even hiding the blue box until the recording actually starts, with text in the center guiding the user to "Click the icon to start your recording"
Additionally I think we could also improve the audio quality when we initialise the media recorder service
