chore: bundle uv.lock drift from rebase onto main

Picked up the katana-mcp-server 0.72.0 release that landed on main
during this branch's rebase cycle. No source changes; just the lockfile
catching up. See CLAUDE.md "Known Pitfalls" — uv.lock must stay in
sync with pyproject.toml at every commit.
