chore: bundle uv.lock drift from rebase onto main

Rebased onto origin/main which included chore(release): mcp v0.71.1.
Bundle the resulting katana-mcp-server version bump in the lockfile
so it stays in sync with pyproject.toml at every commit on this
branch.
