Great tool, helping a lot with me doing some transcoding of some long script files.
I do keep having to turn it off to adjust the scroll position for one of the files because the spacing is a little bit off compared to the spacing of the new script.
Something that would be handy is a hot key to enable/disable the sync scroll so it switches between OFF and the last mode you were using between OFFSET or NORMAL.
Either that, or something that would be better for what I'm doing is having a "hold to ignore sync" button so I can hold a button like SHIFT on the keyboard and scroll with the mouse wheel to adjust the window, then resume scroll syn when SHIFT is released.
