Custom procedures: share your presets

LandmarkDiff supports custom procedure definitions via YAML. If you have created presets for procedures not yet included in the default set, share them here so the community can benefit.

When sharing a preset, please include:

• The procedure name and what it targets
• The YAML configuration
• Which landmark indices you chose and why
• Sample displacement vectors and recommended intensity ranges
• Any anatomical references you used

Community presets that prove popular may be incorporated into the core library (with credit, of course). See PRs #35 (brow_lift by @Deepak8858) and #36 (mentoplasty by @P-r-e-m-i-u-m) for examples of community contributions that made it in.

Procedure: Mentoplasty (chin advancement/setback)
Targets: Chin tip, lower chin contour, jaw angles
Landmarks: 148, 149, 150, 152, 171, 175, 176, 377
Influence radius: 25px at 512x512
Displacement weights: Tiered — tip > contour > jaw angles
Anatomical ref: Sliding genioplasty typically moves the chin 4–8mm anteriorly or posteriorly, with vertical changes of 2–5mm."

Great breakdown, @P-r-e-m-i-u-m! Really useful to see the landmark selection rationale and the tiered displacement weights laid out like this. The 4–8mm anterior displacement range for sliding genioplasty is a good reference point for calibrating the intensity scale.

For anyone building their own presets, this is a solid template to follow: pick anatomically relevant landmarks, group them by influence tier, and reference the clinical literature for realistic displacement ranges. The mentoplasty preset is now shipping in v0.2.0 (merged via #36).

Would love to see more presets shared here, especially for less common procedures.
