The documentation currently references https://tsx.is/ for tsx documentation, but the website domain has changed to https://tsx.hirok.io/

I found multiple occurrences of this link across the repository (~46 references), which may affect users trying to access the related documentation

Clicking the referenced tsx.is links redirects to an Ads website.

2. Look for tsx package for running TypeScript files - [read here](https://tsx.is/) and click read here
3. You will be redirected to a 3rd party website

Additional Context

If this is confirmed to be an actual issue and not an intentional reference, I would be happy to raise a PR to update the broken links with active documentation URLs.
