Turso Database sync

Does the upcoming v1 support Turso Database sync?

https://orm.drizzle.team/docs/connect-turso-database doesn't say anything about it and https://docs.turso.tech/sdk/ts/reference indicates that Drizzle support is only for local db without sync.

Couldn't find anything on the roadmap either.. Anyone who knows the status and prio of this? Would love to drop Litestream as it keeps locking up the db on heavy load :/
