Overlord service not going up

ss -tunlop command inside docker shows that nothing is running on port 8090

How to manually start and debug this overlord service ?

Add this to your supervisord.conf file

[inet_http_server]
port = 9001

and expose post 9001

This will give you a UI for supervisord , which you can access using http://:9001 . This UI will show your processes managed by supervisor and you can start , restart and see logs.
