I just installed kalatheme version 7.x-3.2 in a local Drupal 7.54 site and I'm getting the error when running drush kalatheme "my_kalasubtheme" --custom=readable:
Command kalatheme needs the following module(s) enabled to run: kalatheme. [error] The drush command 'kalatheme my_kalasubtheme' could not be executed.
I do not have panopoly enabled, not sure I really want it, but that shouldn't cause this, I hope.
