Rework styles to use Tailwind CSS

The website is currently made with vanilla css I believe. That makes it unmaintainable and a pain to work with.
Since we are already using Tailwind CSS for the actual application, it would be great to rework styles of this website to use Tailwind as well, using a similar config as https://github.com/dumpus-app/dumpus-app/blob/main/tailwind.config.ts
