[FEAT] Discover Fixed-Length Arrays #76

Description

Currently we cannot discover fixed-length arrays, we should be able to.

Spec

Work out how to iterate constant loops a constant amount of times so we get real loop bounds.
Work out how to recognize such arrays.
Implement the functionality.
