CEF Activity Report Missing Labels

Hi Team,
When I select a CEF format the activity log is being send empty, even though there are data

The log is looking like this:
CEF:0|Duo Security|DuoLogSync|2.3.1|||5|

Can you add the label and fix the code?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Chose CEF format
2. Generate some activity log
3. see the results on the output

Workarounds

The only workaround is to change the code
