Subject: [PATCH] Revert header to older version

- Remove course materials assistant header text
- Remove subtitle about asking questions
- Remove horizontal border below header
- Keep theme toggle functionality
- Update page title to Chat Assistant
- Adjust CSS layout for minimal header design

Fixes #2
