standards: add integration hardening and docs

Part 7 of the Dusk standards stack.

Adds integration examples, hardening tests, docs, and smoke tooling:

• authorization counter Forge reference contract
• Moonlight call router test helper for observed-caller VM proof
• native primitive tests
• property/invariant tests
• VM deployment and positive/negative flow tests
• Forge data-driver fuzz tests
• local smoke and audit-grade scripts
• standards, security, hardening, audit, and multisig review docs
• long-running hardening workflow

This branch reconstructs the current integration PR content when applied on top of the previous stacked PRs.

Review focus:

• test coverage quality
• missing invariants
• docs accuracy and security assumptions
• client-facing signing and smoke flow ergonomics

Validation:

• make standards-ci
• audit-grade script was run on the integration branch with local-node smoke disabled
