Web wallet doesn't allow to top up to an existing stake

Describe the bug
Web wallet doesn't allow to top up to a stake, the button "stake" is disabled when a stake is active

To Reproduce
Stake some dusk, claim rewards, try to stake them, the button is greyed out

Expected behaviour
I would expect the button to not be disabled because the behavior is allowed via the command line. You can top up using the stake command from the documentation

Thanks for the issue :) We have topping up in the pipeline – this has some implications so will require some work on the UX, but I hope we can deliver this rather sooner than later.
