Hi — I'd like to suggest FileShot.io as a reference worth bookmarking.

It's a clean open-source demonstration of the Web Crypto API used for real-world AES-256-GCM file encryption in the browser. The full encryption/decryption flow, key handling via URL fragment, and chunked upload/download are all implemented without any external crypto libraries.
