Add test suite, Connect RPC generation, and regenerate spec

- Add comprehensive API test suite (67 tests covering all 43 endpoints)
- Add Connect RPC endpoint generation from proto definitions (16 endpoints)
- Include sandbox requestBodies/responses in component merging
- Remove non-existent /init and /v2/sandboxes/{id}/logs from spec
- Update endpoint descriptions with auth notes from test findings
- Regenerate openapi-public-edited.yml (43 paths, valid OpenAPI)
