docs(snapshot): strip to pure findings list

Drop the at-a-glance table, backport status table, references section,
and per-finding code blocks. Each finding is now one section: title +
severity, source links inline, 3-5 sentence reasoning explaining why it
is a bug and why the assigned severity.

453 -> 146 lines. All 15 open findings preserved with same severities
and same source links (pinned to 639196c). No broken refs.
